TL;DR
People Systems Analyst (Web3): Supporting and optimizing the people technology ecosystem with an accent on operational efficiency, system administration, and data integrity. Focus on automating workflows, developing structured SOPs, and implementing AI-driven improvements for HR processes.
Location: Global Remote (preference for overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST))
Salary: $67K – $170K (Annual cash range for US locations)

What you will do
- Administer the people tech stack, including Workday, Ashby, Pave, and Lattice.
- Author clear, structured documentation, SOPs, solution descriptions, and process guides.
- Analyze support patterns to identify root causes and drive continuous system improvements.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data audits and compensation workflows.
- Contribute to AI initiatives, including agentic workflows and automation projects.
- Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to deliver timely technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical, systems, or analytics role.
- Strong ability to be self-sufficient and solve problems independently using available resources.
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating accessible documentation.
- Ability to work remotely with a preference for EST time zone overlap.
Nice to have
- Coursework or knowledge in databases, systems design, APIs, or data structures.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Asana, or Jira.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or HR analytics tools.
- Understanding of Web3 concepts.
