Location: Global Remote (preference for overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST))

Salary: $67K – $170K (Annual cash range for US locations)

What you will do

• Administer the people tech stack, including Workday, Ashby, Pave, and Lattice.
• Author clear, structured documentation, SOPs, solution descriptions, and process guides.
• Analyze support patterns to identify root causes and drive continuous system improvements.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data audits and compensation workflows.
• Contribute to AI initiatives, including agentic workflows and automation projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to deliver timely technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical, systems, or analytics role.
• Strong ability to be self-sufficient and solve problems independently using available resources.
• Excellent technical writing skills for creating accessible documentation.
• Ability to work remotely with a preference for EST time zone overlap.

Nice to have

• Coursework or knowledge in databases, systems design, APIs, or data structures.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Asana, or Jira.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or HR analytics tools.
• Understanding of Web3 concepts.
