What you will do

• Conduct analysis of client business processes and define functional requirements mapped to Creatio’s toolsets.
• Lead project execution from start to finish, managing scope, plans, and budgets to ensure risk mitigation.
• Configure core system elements using out-of-the-box tools for data models, reporting, and workflow configuration.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including user stories and system element utilization.
• Maintain long-term customer satisfaction through support requests and structured maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, QA, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing CRM solutions, including 2+ years in a client-facing functional role.
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Creatio, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Sage CRM preferred).
• Proven experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
• Strong skills in requirements definition, project scope management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in Creatio, Dynamics 365, or Sage CRM.
• Experience with digital marketing solutions integrated with CRM.
