Systems Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Develop functional and physical system architecture according to aviation standards such as ARP 4754A, ARP 4761, and STANAG 4671.
• Manage, develop, and validate requirements from the aircraft level down to the component level.
• Define safety processes and continuously conduct safety assessments, including Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA) and Fault Tree Analyses (FTA).
• Select, evaluate, and integrate components of the system architecture.
• Define validation and verification (V&V) strategies and support certification liaison.
• Support system-level integration, ground-testing, and flight-testing activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a similar field of study.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with redundant aerospace system architectures and safety assessments.
• Solid understanding of avionics, digital communication, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with safety assessment and requirements management tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ARP 4754A, ARP 4761, CS-23, and DO-178C.
• English: Proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in military systems design certification (e.g., STANAG 4671).
