What you will do

• Lead and coordinate System CAS activities for advanced aerospace drone systems.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for drone system architects and developers.
• Propose NXP system solutions to meet specific customer requirements for avionics and mission systems.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into technical requirements for internal hardware and software teams.
• Create technical documentation including white papers, application notes, and system-level training materials.
• Establish strategic relationships with key engineering contacts at customer organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or advanced drone systems.
• Strong background in semiconductor architecture and hands-on component design.
• Proficiency in both hardware and software system-level partitioning.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master of Science degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Direct experience supporting aerospace and drone-specific customers.
