What you will do

• Define and validate fault management strategies and FDIR logic for in-orbit service vehicles.
• Lead FTA and FMECA analyses to identify and mitigate potential failure modes.
• Perform reliability and availability prediction studies and allocate targets to subsystems.
• Conduct hazard analyses for ground, orbital, and re-entry mission phases.
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, avionics, and software teams to integrate RAMS requirements.
• Analyze in-orbit data to drive continuous improvements in system reliability.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in engineering or aerospace.
• Proficiency in reliability tools (FMECA, FTA, reliability block diagrams).
• Hands-on experience with spacecraft FDIR strategy definition and validation.
• Fluent in English.
