What you will do

• Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and category narrative.
• Lead product launches and feature releases across all customer touchpoints.
• Own the content strategy, including thought leadership, research reports, and customer stories.
• Create sales enablement materials to support the commercial team.
• Build and maintain an editorial calendar and AI-powered content systems.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and market insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of launching products and translating technical concepts into customer narratives.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and research skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in Berlin.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, enterprise software, or professional services (finance/audit/compliance).
• Strong SEO knowledge and experience building executive thought leadership.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and AI-native marketing workflows.
