What you will do

• Manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Optimize SEA performance to prioritize the lowest Cost per Deal and highest MRR impact.
• Conduct keyword research and manage 7-figure annual advertising budgets.
• Create and A/B test ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPL, MQL, SQL, MRR) using GA4, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
• Collaborate with SEO and Sales Development teams to align organic and paid strategies and refine lead quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Excellent proficiency with SEA/SMA platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven track record managing 7-figure annual budgets with a focus on revenue efficiency.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
