Lab Business Analyst (ERP)

Location: Madison, WI, USA. Must be currently authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $76,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating them into system design solutions.
• Perform ERP enhancements and new implementations with defined objectives.
• Execute project tasks across analysis, design, testing, validation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Perform functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting system issues and recommending courses of action.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials to support system adoption.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience as an analyst in operations, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing business processes and systems during mergers and acquisitions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US (sponsorship is not provided).

Nice to have

• Degree in operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr).
• Experience with AI platforms for developing practical agentic solutions.
• Experience in a biotech/life sciences manufacturing environment (cGMP, ISO 13485, or CLIA).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
