What you will do

• Conduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients to determine the best-fit solutions.
• Provide exceptional client counseling and product education.
• Manage continuous care for existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Coordinate verbal and written correspondence with physicians, families, and third-party payees.
• Collaborate with the regional team to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.

Requirements

• License from one of Canada's provincial regulatory bodies or colleges is required.
• Passion for holistic care and client service.
• Confidence in recommending and selling hearing solutions.
• Strong interest in the science of audiology and new hearing technologies.
