Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 CAD

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive medication management services using a standardized approach.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy students during experiential placements.
• Collaborate with inter-professional healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver clinical instruction and assess learner performance in undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Participate in pharmacy practice research and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational policies for clinical service delivery and data security.

Requirements

• Must hold a license to practice as a full pharmacist in BC or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have authorization to administer immunizations in BC or be eligible to obtain it.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in innovative, inter-professional patient care settings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching, mentoring, or as a preceptor to pharmacy learners.
• Post-graduate training in pharmacy practice (Residency, PharmD, or MSc).
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadians and permanent residents given priority).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of PharmaCare policies and procedures.
• Experience with point-of-care testing equipment and electronic medical records.
• Interest in pharmacy practice research.
