What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for service users via helpline and online chat facilities.
- Provide immediate goal-focused therapeutic support and psychoeducation.
- Conduct brief clinical assessments and robust risk evaluations to determine user needs.
- Implement risk management plans and identify appropriate support services or local charities.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records in the clinical database.
- Collaborate with global clinical teams and coordinate with affiliate clinicians for case updates.
Requirements
- Master’s level counselling qualification recognized in Canada.
- Current registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body.
- Must be based remotely in Ontario, Canada.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification therapeutic delivery experience.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Experience managing high-risk cases (suicide, abuse, substance use).
- Experience working in high-pressure, time-limited environments.
- Broad experience with workplace-related psychological health issues.
