What you will do

• Lead and oversee the provincial Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) program and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate PAD instructors and training delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Track and maintain the status of PAD sites, including enrollment and registration.
• Partner with Heart and Stroke and other stakeholders to support training and awareness initiatives.
• Lead community engagement activities, including promotion, awareness campaigns, and survivor recognition.
• Monitor safety issues and coordinate with the Medical Communications Management Centre to resolve site concerns.

Requirements

• Must be a registered Primary Care Paramedic with NLPR.
• Post-secondary education in a health care discipline plus a diploma/degree in adult education.
• Minimum five years of paramedic field experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in delivering education and quality assurance/improvement.
• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
