What you will do

• Oversee project progress, review process modification decisions, and ensure timelines are met.
• Manage contractor personnel staffing and facilitate security access to controlled facilities.
• Develop project plans for short-term initiatives and provide detailed management status reports to the COR.
• Design and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to satisfy contract requirements.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and report imminent system failures immediately.
• Attend weekly and monthly status and leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Knowledge of process mapping, process reengineering, and workflow analysis within IT organizations.
• Technical qualification in administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and engineering procedures.
• Proficiency in configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of OSP, NIPRNET, SIPRNET systems, and Telephone Service operations.
• Ability to serve as the primary on-site representative for the contractor.
• Must be located at or able to work onsite in Fort Belvoir, VA.
