What you will do

• Enter and verify new appraisal assignments while proactively managing project cycle times.
• Assign, manage, and monitor field appraisal teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate project status and provide proactive updates to clients via phone and email.
• Review appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Process invoices according to contractual requirements and maintain detailed file documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis software.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
