What you will do

• Conduct deep discovery to understand client goals and develop strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and execute the implementation and onboarding of new HubSpot portals.
• Act as a primary HubSpot expert and advisor for clients, delivering proactive insights and growth opportunities.
• Support RevOps alignment across marketing, sales, and service teams to increase efficiency.
• Define key metrics and establish reporting frameworks to measure and refine platform performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, preferably within a HubSpot agency or B2B services environment.
• Intimate knowledge of all HubSpot Hubs with valid certifications.
• Strong ability to connect high-level business goals to tactical platform execution.
• Proven experience leading client calls, presenting strategies, and providing consultative guidance.
• Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific benefits including 401k and health insurance).
