What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors, architects, and construction managers.
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements and ensure contract compliance in collaboration with legal teams.
• Generate new project opportunities and position the company as the preferred AV technology partner.
• Conduct regular business reviews and track partner performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and project pipeline data.
• Develop best practices for contractor engagement and project handoff processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in AV integration, construction project management, or channel partnerships.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Experience with corporate AV systems, digital signage, and broadcast media infrastructure.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with regional or national general contractors.
• CTS certification or familiarity with AVIXA standards.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling software.
