What you will do

• Lead the design and redesign of full application experiences from research through shipped UI.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
• Build production-quality front-end code using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude Design to accelerate the transition from design to code.
• Own and extend the design system, including components, tokens, and documentation.
• Ensure ADA and accessibility compliance across all shipped interfaces.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 4 to 7 years of experience as a UX or product designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in modern design tools and front-end development with React and Tailwind CSS.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Strong understanding of ADA compliance and WCAG standards.

• Experience with Figma.
