What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation.
• Develop design solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to co-author design briefs.
• Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs with minimal supervision.
• Conduct and interpret user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Mentor and coach junior designers on best practices and design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in Design/HCI (including 4 years in UX/UI) OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of professional UX/UI experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and travel for initial on-site onboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, and design documentation.
• Strong ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
