What you will do

• Lead design of complex, high-impact product initiatives from discovery through delivery across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define strategy, scope, and execution for key product areas.
• Conduct and synthesize customer research to validate assumptions, identify pain points, and guide design decisions.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into interaction and visual design solutions.
• Create high-quality prototypes, workflows, and final designs that communicate product intent and user value.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with strong UX/UI focus for web and mobile applications.
• Proven expertise in interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end product thinking.
• Strong portfolio/case studies demonstrating measurable impact, design craft, and problem-solving (required).
• Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma Make or similar).
• Ability to influence product strategy and deliver designs tied to user and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams, including direct customer engagement for research and validation.
