Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX)

Salary: $260,000 - $320,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed organization of 40-50 engineers across EMEA and the US.
• Drive the migration of legacy products to the next-generation Titan platform while ensuring operational stability.
• Champion the journey toward agentic, AI-assisted engineering and guide practical AI adoption across the org.
• Oversee data engineering and modernization of Scala/Spark-based infrastructure.
• Partner with Product and Design to build new features and strategic products on the Titan platform.
• Manage the product engineering budget, resource allocation, and recruit top-tier talent.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior leadership managing other managers.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS and high-growth startup environments.
• Experience managing engineering organizations of 25+ people in a manager-of-managers capacity.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development practices.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Scala, or Spark.
