Location: Wilmington, Delaware; supporting the Philadelphia and Delaware team
Salary: Starting at $80,000 annually; final compensation depends on qualifications and licensing status.

What you will do
- Lead and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, bathymetric, drone, 3D scanning, and other survey operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage survey projects, including timelines, budgets, client communication, and delivery.
- Prepare, review, and interpret deeds, plats, easements, and other legal survey documents.
- Complete Health and Safety Plans before field crews begin site work and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct field surveys, collect and document accurate data, and maintain and calibrate GPS, total stations, scanners, drones, and related equipment.
- Mentor junior surveyors and technicians, resolve field issues, and promote collaboration, safety, and technical quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in surveying is preferred.
- At least 6 years of professional surveying experience.
- Must be eligible to obtain a PLS license within 6 months of hire. An existing PLS license is preferred.
- Proficiency with GPS, robotic total stations, 3D scanners, drones, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, and other survey software.
- Ability to lead by example, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and terrain.
Nice to have
- Current FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot's License.
- Bachelor's degree in a surveying program.
- Existing PLS license.
