TL;DR

Deskside Support Technician: Providing hands-on technical support and maintaining mission-critical systems for diverse end-users with an accent on hardware/software troubleshooting and executive support. Location: Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States. This position is fully onsite at specific client locations in CT, NE, IL, CA, or NC.

Compensation: $38,400 – $78,120 (varies by location and experience).

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage system images, software upgrades, and hardware deployments.
  • Deliver high-quality support to end-users, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners like Microsoft to resolve incidents.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and modernization to improve user experience and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all support activities meet established XLA and SLA performance targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and potential client-specific background checks.
  • Willingness to comply with client-specific vaccination policies if required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
