TL;DR

Location: Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States. This position is fully onsite at specific client locations in CT, NE, IL, CA, or NC.
Compensation: $38,400 – $78,120 (varies by location and experience).

What you will do
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage system images, software upgrades, and hardware deployments.
- Deliver high-quality support to end-users, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners like Microsoft to resolve incidents.
- Identify opportunities for automation and modernization to improve user experience and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all support activities meet established XLA and SLA performance targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States.
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and potential client-specific background checks.
- Willingness to comply with client-specific vaccination policies if required.
