Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do
- Resolve user technical issues using Salesforce Service Cloud ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, workstation imaging, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets according to assignment rules and escalation policies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting performance thresholds.
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to system users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant IT support or system administration experience.
- DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (451 System Administrator) or equivalent.
- U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to work on-site in a secure government environment.
- Proficiency with Windows environments and ITSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government environments.
- Knowledge of AFRL or Air Force IT environments and security policies.
- Experience with endpoint imaging tools and mobile device management (MDM).
