What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers in Riyadh to build pipeline and win new business.
- Partner with Regional Sales leaders to formulate and execute growth strategies for the region.
- Engage with customers from technical staff to C-suite executives to evangelize the vision.
- Hire, mentor, and coach SEs in technical expertise and the ownership of the technical sales process.
- Collaborate with product, channel, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer loyalty and pipeline growth.
- Manage and sponsor local channel partners to drive business expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or leading a sales engineering team, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong ability to lead complex technical and business conversations with C-suite executives.
- Fluency in Arabic and English language is required.
- Self-starter with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, iDP).
- Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and networking protocols (DNS, HTTP).
- Experience with security standards and frameworks such as ISO, MITRE, or NIST.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
