TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Aviation SaaS): Partnering with airline customers on hirify.global service management solutions to achieve business goals and maximize value from investments with an accent on operational escalations, renewals, and service improvements. Focus on driving product adoption, mitigating risks, leading process improvements, and managing third-party contracts.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Applicants must be Saudi nationals. Flex Week: work from home up to 2 days/week (depending on team needs).

What you will do

  • Develop strong partnerships with customer channel partners and hirify.global sponsors to drive product adoption and mitigate renewal risks; serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Provide proactive tactical advice and own end-to-end operational escalation management.
  • Partner with Sales for renewals and expansion; lead continual process improvements and service upgrade recommendations.
  • Monitor services for improvements and risks; manage client service staff and third-party suppliers per contracts.
  • Contribute to customer proposals by identifying local operational factors and costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, or equivalent
  • 7+ years customer-facing experience delivering IT services; 5+ years in Airline/Air Transport industry
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English (both required)
  • Saudi national
  • Proven operational leadership, relationship/stakeholder management, onboarding/training customers.
  • Operational project coordination, data analysis, operational reporting; familiarity with KPIs like NPS, CSAT.

Nice to have

  • Experience in complex multi-cultural matrix organization
  • ITIL Certification
