What you will do
- Own enterprise and government ARR targets while driving predictable revenue growth.
- Lead full sales cycles from discovery and pilot scoping to executive negotiation and closing.
- Translate autonomous AI capabilities into hard business outcomes like cost reduction and CSAT uplift.
- Construct and present live business cases to C-suite stakeholders to demonstrate ROI.
- Develop and maintain executive relationships across target accounts in the Saudi and GCC regions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure technically credible demos and successful customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience, with at least 2–5 years selling to CX or contact center buyers.
- Arabic-native with deep Saudi/GCC market fluency and experience navigating local procurement and compliance.
- Proven track record in CCaaS, conversational AI, or CX software sales.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to build airtight business cases and manage complex enterprise cycles.
- Expertise in handling high-level objections regarding AI impact on headcount and operational models.
- Ability to independently scope and lead pilot programs with clear success metrics.
