What you will do
- Develop and expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new merchants and growing existing partnerships.
- Achieve Net Turnover, Refund Ratio, and Hit Rate sales targets.
- Lead negotiations and define merchant contract conditions within company guidelines.
- Analyze business statistics to translate insights into actionable store-level plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all merchant activities and interactions in the CRM.
- Control receivables to minimize bad-debt exposure.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Arabic (mandatory).
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong results orientation and genuine sales talent.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

- French language proficiency.
