What you will do

• Lead solution architecture for AI Factory deployments and advanced data center designs.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to lead presales for hyperscale cloud providers and AI innovators.
• Develop technical proposals and documentation incorporating AI-ready features and schematics.
• Engineer solutions to optimize power, cooling, and space utilization for high-density AI clusters.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Sustainability teams on capacity planning and build schedules.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and deliver architectural overviews to C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in data center design, AI infrastructure, and critical environments.
• Deep knowledge of AI compute requirements, GPU clusters, and high-performance networking.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable architectural solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with internal teams and customers.
• Must be based in London, England.

Nice to have

• Experience in environments requiring high reliability, such as nuclear plants or hospitals.
