Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture for AI Factory deployments and advanced data center designs.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams on presales activities for hyperscale, AI, and enterprise customers.
• Develop technical proposals, documentation, schematics, diagrams, and AI-ready solution features.
• Engineer high-density AI cluster solutions that optimize power, cooling, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with Development, Operations, Sustainability, and New Development teams on schedules and capacity planning.
• Present technical architectures, conduct facility tours, and assess customer IT environments for AI readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in data center design, critical infrastructure, and critical environments.
• Knowledge of AI compute requirements, GPU clusters, high-performance networking, wholesale data centers, colocation, interconnection, and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with high-density power and cooling solutions, AI workload hosting, and energy efficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with C-level customer stakeholders and remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, translate complex technical requirements into solutions, and balance strategic and detailed perspectives.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-reliability environments such as nuclear plants or hospitals.
