Sr. Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: London, United Kingdom; travel throughout the EMEA region may be required.

What you will do

• Lead engineering execution for EPC turnkey projects across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate internal engineering disciplines, external engineering firms, subcontractors, procurement, and project stakeholders.
• Review designs and deliverables for contractual, technical, regulatory, constructability, quality, and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop construction and electrical equipment specifications and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals.
• Take technical responsibility for assigned projects, including medium- and high-voltage systems.
• Resolve engineering and execution escalations while supporting safe, timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and executing utility-scale power systems, photovoltaic plants, battery energy storage systems, or similar energy infrastructure projects in the EMEA region.
• Strong experience with EPC projects involving high-voltage systems, renewable energy, or conventional power generation.
• Experience coordinating complex, multidisciplinary projects and managing stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.

• Additional technical certifications or specialized engineering training.
