Focus on designing and debugging high-density rack systems, performing SOA and thermal analysis, and supporting complex power delivery challenges for hyperscale computing customers.

What you will do
- Develop high-reliability power protection solutions for AI and data centre server racks.
- Design, debug, and validate hot-swap protection and eFuse implementations for high-density rack systems.
- Characterise MOSFET Safe Operating Area and validate thermal performance.
- Create technical literature, demo boards, and reference models for 48V power distribution systems.
- Define product specifications from customer inputs and market trends.
- Provide technical support to global sales teams and customers on complex power delivery challenges.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience with AI infrastructure or data centre power systems.
- Expertise in circuit simulation tools such as SIMPLIS, LTspice, or PSpice, along with PCB design.
- Legal right and willingness to travel globally, including occasional short-notice travel to the USA and Asia without significant visa processing delays.
Nice to have
- Experience with 48V distribution, OR-ing FETs, hot-swap controllers, and high-current MOSFET switching.
- Experience with server power supplies, AI accelerators, and high-reliability rack protection.
- Experience with FEA, device-level SPICE modelling, and thermal analysis.
