What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain master data in NetSuite, ZIP, and other approved systems according to MDM policies.
• Manage vendor master data, including legal names, tax information, bank details, and supporting documentation.
• Validate high-risk data fields and perform duplicate checks to prevent payment, reporting, or control issues.
• Maintain directories and reference data such as departments, classes, locations, and tax codes.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT teams to resolve data blockers and ownership gaps.
• Support internal controls, audit requests, compliance reviews, and data quality checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience in MDM, finance operations, vendor management, procurement operations, or ERP support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or workflow systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, ZIP, or Jira.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail when working with high-risk financial data like bank and tax details.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of application (UK).

Nice to have

• Experience with Kyriba, Cobase, NSPB, BlackLine, or similar finance systems.
• Familiarity with international bank formats (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT) and tax documentation (W-9, 1099).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Power Query.
• Experience working in a multinational, regulated, or fast-growing technology environment.
