Project Manager (Software Implementation)

Location: United States - Pennsylvania; flexible remote work arrangements are available, with travel of approximately 10% as needed.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and continuously update project plans, managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead status meetings, provide project reporting, maintain documentation, and manage project closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, expenses, billing milestones, accounts receivable, and scope changes.
• Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, communicate risks and decisions, and build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and foster an accountable, high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in software implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing client relationships, stakeholder expectations, project risks, budgets, and deliverables.
