Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $79,000–$119,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium-scale projects within scope, budget, timeline, and business objectives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations.
• Manage budgets, monitor performance, track KPIs, and report project status and outcomes.
• Identify, mitigate, resolve, and escalate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to project workflows, templates, tools, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading projects with elevated risk, visibility, and stakeholder complexity.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and governance.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
