Salary: $165,000–$175,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do
- Own the quality and consistency of investment decision materials and approval packages for assigned projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to create decision-ready recommendations for capital releases and scope changes.
- Support lease negotiations and execution, ensuring terms align with approved underwriting and risk posture.
- Lead complex financial modeling and sensitivity analyses to quantify the impact of pricing, capex, and schedule variables.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for project pipeline and owned inventory to inform capital allocation.
- Mentor analysts and junior team members in analytical rigor and executive communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of experience in real estate/infrastructure investments, asset management, or corporate finance.
- Proven track record of producing executive-ready decision materials for capital-intensive environments.
- Experience supporting lease negotiations and closing activities in partnership with legal and sales teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data centers or large-scale commercial real estate is strongly preferred.
