Experience Product Manager (Medtech): Defining and driving customer-centric journeys for cancer prevention and detection with an accent on holistic service design and cross-channel customer experiences. Location: US - WI - Madison (Site-based or Remote). Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $76,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Define the roadmap and drive delivery of specific customer journeys within the Customer & Digital Experience team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Journey-level OKRs, measurement, and reporting.
- Produce Service Design deliverables, such as Service Blueprints, integrating digital and physical touchpoints.
- Perform experience and technical discovery through co-creation workshops and prototyping.
- Manage the product backlog, defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development squad.
- Track digital KPIs and conduct feature demos for stakeholders to ensure business and user needs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, project-based, or commercial/customer experience roles.
- Proficiency in modern product management, product discovery, and delivery techniques.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health sectors.
- Background in service design and operations.
- Strong business analysis skills, including user flow definition and business KPIs.
