What you will do

• Lead pre-construction, cost planning, and estimating strategies across all sites and regions.
• Define and own the commercial and contractual strategy, including risk allocation and procurement.
• Establish contract frameworks to protect long-term commercial and operational interests.
• Oversee contractual compliance, commercial governance, and the change control philosophy.
• Manage portfolio-level cost control, forecasting, and cashflow integrity.
• Develop and evolve an integrated cost and commercial operating model using digital tools and analytics.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or equivalent senior experience.
• 12+ years of experience in senior cost, estimating, and commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing contractual risk across large, complex capital programs.
• Experience operating at a portfolio or enterprise level in a fast-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required (typically <20%).
