What you will do

• Lead coordination and execution of large-scale initiatives spanning e-commerce, supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Develop risk registers and dependency tracking processes to proactively mitigate execution risks.
• Coordinate testing, launch readiness planning, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization.
• Prepare executive-level status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate activities across third-party vendors, implementation partners, and logistics providers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management or related experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Ability to drive alignment and achieve results without direct authority in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and technical delivery concepts.
• Experience with order-to-cash, procurement, inventory, or asset management workflows.
• Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or Strategic Program Manager supporting executive leadership.
