What you will do

  • Oversee strategic planning, execution, and governance for the AI and Data technology portfolio.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project managers to ensure accountability and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide decision-ready portfolio reporting on status, risks, resource demand, and financials to executive sponsors.
  • Identify and mitigate systemic risks and cross-project dependencies across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize projects and align resources.
  • Guide decision-making on project sequencing and feasibility through governance boards and steering committees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading in a portfolio, program, or project environment, preferably within a PMO.
  • Proven blend of experience across business operations and enterprise technology change management.
  • Must be based in the USA (Creve Coeur, Missouri).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen and high proficiency in project and change management methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience working specifically within Data and/or AI project environments.
