TL;DR

Project Manager (FMCG): Managing the delivery of user-centric digital experiences and strategic alignment for FMCG clients with an accent on digital platforms and cross-functional team leadership. Focus on executing project timelines, managing risks, and implementing Scrum and traditional PM methodologies to deliver high-value digital solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (average 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead a cross-functional team of digital experts (research, UX, creative, technology) to deliver innovative projects.
  • Translate marketing and business goals into scalable, user-centric digital experiences.
  • Manage project delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality tolerances.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining complete project documentation.
  • Manage the estimation process and coordinate stakeholder expectations through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital media industry.
  • Strong understanding of leading digital platforms, technologies, and digital media processes.
  • Proven experience in Scrum methodology (Scrum Certification is a plus).
  • Experience with traditional project management approaches (e.g., PMP, Prince 2).
  • Exposure to digital commerce, mobile, media, and analytics.
  • Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a hybrid work arrangement.
