What you will do

• Track and optimize project scopes, budgets, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
• Build realistic timelines and secure resources to keep cross-functional teams aligned.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing empathetic guidance and clear communication.
• Identify opportunities for project expansion and renewal by demonstrating tangible ROI.
• Conduct post-project analysis to refine solutions and innovate on future deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management or agency experience.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle marketing projects and track KPIs like margin and pace.
• Experience managing client relationships and acting as a main point of contact.
• Proficiency with project management software.
