What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, partnering with the Group Account Director to develop 360 advertising campaign experiences.
- Manage and motivate project teams, reviewing deliverables in collaboration with strategists, creative, and production teams.
- Draft scopes of work, develop well-written project briefs, and create workback schedules.
- Oversee assigned projects to ensure they enter the market on time and within budget.
- Maintain documentation for all client and agency meetings and manage budgets and finances.
- Identify growth opportunities and navigate challenging client discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a creative or digital agency.
- Proven experience delivering 360 or digital campaigns from start to finish across various digital media.
- Ability to build partnerships and positively influence team members and clients.
- Experience managing multiple end-to-end projects of varying sizes with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in identifying initiative gaps, risks, and opportunities across cross-functional workstreams.
- Must be based in Montreal and able to work in-office an average of 4 days a week.
