What you will do

• Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders, from recruiters to C-level, to drive business outcomes with AI.
• Lead organizations through onboarding, change management, and the scaling of AI-driven workflows across teams.
• Maximize retention and unlock expansion opportunities by ensuring customers realize long-term value.
• Synthesize customer insights from the field to influence product strategy and engagement methodology.
• Act as an AI thought partner by running workshops and sharing best practices to establish category leadership.
• Proactively identify account risks and opportunities using product data and customer conversations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer-facing, or strategy roles at high-growth B2B startups or top-tier firms.
• Proven ability to influence executives while working closely with operational staff.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in change management and guiding customers through digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complexity into clarity.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days a week.
