TL;DR

Account Director, Large Enterprise (FSI): Manage key Financial Services accounts and drive AI adoption through full sales cycle with an accent on strategy development, revenue ownership, and complex deal execution. Focus on partnering with engineering to deploy AI solutions, forecasting consumption revenue, and influencing product roadmap via industry insights.

Location: Based in Singapore with hybrid model (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance offered.

What you will do

  • Manage key accounts, develop and execute comprehensive strategies.
  • Lead enterprise prospects from consideration to deployment.
  • Partner with solutions and research engineering on complex customer programs.
  • Own and forecast consumption revenue targets.
  • Analyze metrics, create reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry landscape to inform product roadmap and strategies.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, finance, product, and engineering.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and company culture development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years selling PaaS/SaaS to large Financial Services institutions in South East Asia
  • Familiarity with FSI trends and AI transformation priorities/challenges
  • Achieved revenue targets >$2M/year for 3+ years
  • Designed and executed complex deal strategies
  • Worked directly with C-level executives
  • Communicated technical concepts to customers/stakeholders
  • Led high-visibility customer events
  • Gathered and processed market intelligence
