What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans using methodologies like MEDDPICC to meet revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Lead and coordinate virtual teams to expand relationships and drive sales acceleration.
- Proactively understand and advocate for customer's business and technology needs, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
- Educate decision-makers on hirify.global's value proposition and maintain an understanding of product landscape and industry trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Small/Medium Business market and design scalable sales processes for high-volume accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in technology-related sales or a related field.
- OR bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Liberal Arts AND 2+ years' experience in technology-related sales.
- OR master's degree in Business Administration AND 1+ year(s) experience in technology-related sales.
- Sales experience within ANZ Market.
Nice to have
- 6+ years' experience in technology-related sales.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
- Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Value Framework.
- Ability to create accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
