What you will do
- Lead strategy and execution across Google/Bing, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV, and Affiliate channels.
- Manage budget allocation to achieve CPA, CPR, and whale activation targets.
- Iterate on ad creative, audience strategy (prospecting, lookalike, retargeting), and landing pages.
- Oversee paid channel reporting, including weekly performance reviews and anomaly detection.
- Build incrementality measurement frameworks in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
- Partner with product marketing and brand teams on messaging and campaign planning for product launches.
Requirements
- 4β6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on campaign management across at least three channels.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta, including bidding mechanics and algorithm behavior.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or comparable BI tools for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and incrementality testing.
- Must be currently located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech or financial services, including familiarity with UDAAP compliance.
- Experience building MMM or geo-lift frameworks.
