What you will do

• Lead end-to-end land acquisition across EMEA, focusing on powered land opportunities for cloud growth.
• Develop regional market strategies based on business demand, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors.
• Drive complex real estate transactions, including negotiations, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Manage relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, and government stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, energy, legal, and finance teams to ensure sites meet technical requirements.
• Oversee portfolio performance, pipeline tracking, and risk management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, land strategy, or large-scale infrastructure development.
• Proven expertise in assessing powered land and energy networks across EMEA.
• Knowledge of project development, zoning, and permitting processes throughout EMEA.
• Success in negotiating high-value, complex real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a United Kingdom Security Clearance (Developed Vetting [DV]).
• Must pass the hirify.global Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
