Salary: OTE $85,000 – $110,000

What you will do
- Own pipeline creation across target accounts and industries using AI-powered tools and intent data.
- Craft highly personalized multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Partner with Account Executives and RSMs to develop account-based strategies for complex enterprise organizations.
- Leverage AI to research accounts, uncover business initiatives, and generate relevant messaging at scale.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges and create demand for solutions.
- Consistently exceed goals for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of success in a quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generation role.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and meeting-generation targets.
- Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-assisted prospecting solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.

- Experience in data or analytics.
- Relevant university degree.
