Location: Must be based in Redwood City, CA, USA (Onsite)

Salary: OTE $85,000 – $110,000

What you will do

  • Own pipeline creation across target accounts and industries using AI-powered tools and intent data.
  • Craft highly personalized multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Partner with Account Executives and RSMs to develop account-based strategies for complex enterprise organizations.
  • Leverage AI to research accounts, uncover business initiatives, and generate relevant messaging at scale.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges and create demand for solutions.
  • Consistently exceed goals for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of success in a quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generation role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and meeting-generation targets.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-assisted prospecting solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data or analytics.
  • Relevant university degree.
