What you will do

  • Lead workforce planning, hiring, and training of supervisors and operators to ensure full compliance with SOP and safety standards.
  • Manage workshop safety across multiple lines to achieve zero recordable accidents through risk control initiatives.
  • Oversee daily production operations and coordinate cross-functional resources (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to resolve issues.
  • Drive Lean & Six Sigma projects to improve yield, reduce waste, and optimize SQDCI performance.
  • Develop frontline leaders, enforce discipline, and build a high-performance team culture.
  • Collaborate across departments to achieve plant-level initiatives and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably with a process or equipment background.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, managing supervisors or multiple production lines.
  • Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 6S practices.
  • Strong capability in problem-solving, data analysis, and risk identification.
  • High sense of accountability and result orientation with a focus on SQDCI.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and resource coordination skills.
