Sr. Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead workforce planning, hiring, training, and capability development for supervisors and operators.
• Oversee daily production across multiple lines and ensure execution in compliance with SOPs, work instructions, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage workshop safety, drive risk controls and LSGA initiatives, and pursue zero recordable accidents.
• Coordinate Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance resources to resolve 4M1E issues through Tier meetings and Gemba walks.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve yield, reduce waste and variation, and optimize production processes.
• Develop frontline leaders, strengthen discipline and engagement, and support plant-level initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production management.
• Experience leading supervisors or multiple production lines.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 6S practices.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, risk identification, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Effective cross-functional communication and resource coordination skills.
• Strong accountability, results orientation, customer focus, and continuous learning agility.
