Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Hire, train, and staff production operators to ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and quality regulations.
• Manage daily production activities and ensure products are delivered on time according to the build plan.
• Own workshop safety, lead LSGA activities, and drive toward zero recordable production-line accidents.
• Supervise production personnel, reinforce best practices, and improve team engagement and performance.
• Coordinate engineers and operational resources through tier meetings and Gemba walks to resolve people, machine, material, method, and environment issues.
• Lead or support lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in production management.
• Process or equipment experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of 6S, Lean, and Six Sigma for improving production-line SQDCI performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including timely risk identification and corrective action planning.
• Effective communication, resource coordination, team-building, and subordinate engagement skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to meet internal and external customer requirements.
