Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: hirify.global Thailand, Navanakorn – Pathum Thani. Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing production environment and may include shift operations, overtime, and weekend activities when required.

What you will do

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are achieved.
• Allocate manpower, manage staffing levels and shift assignments, and monitor production schedules and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators and team leaders through shift meetings, onboarding, cross-training, and on-the-job development.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, HR, and other support functions to resolve operational issues.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, waste reduction, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with EHS requirements, ISO standards, RBA requirements, manufacturing procedures, and audit expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Knowledge of production operations, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and workplace safety standards.
• Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and workforce coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift operations, overtime, and weekend activities when required.
• Good command of English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, optical technology, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
